These terms govern your use of SBABE (Synergy Business Advertising & Bridging Ecosystem), operated by Geeky Bee Limited(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

Membership

SBABE is a members-only business network. Access requires a valid subscription unless we grant you complimentary or trial access. Subscription fees, tiers, and features are described at signup and may change with reasonable notice.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the platform lawfully and respect other members
• Not misuse meetings, messaging, directory listings, or AI tools
• Comply with our member confidentiality expectations and applicable UK law

Platform use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use SBABE for your business networking and tools during your membership. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct harmful to the community.

Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the service (including AI-assisted features you enable). You must have the right to share any content you upload.

Meetings & recordings

Where meetings may be recorded or transcribed, participants will be notified and must consent before joining. Hosts are responsible for using recordings appropriately and in line with our privacy policy.

Payments & cancellation

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Prices are shown exclusive or inclusive of VAT as stated at checkout. You may cancel according to the process in your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimer

SBABE facilitates introductions and tools between businesses. We do not guarantee outcomes from networking, RFQs, link and recommendation requests, or third-party services. The platform is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
